The facility will provide hot and chilled water to a retail shopping centre and luxury hotel totalling 110,000 square metres of air-conditioned space.
Technical expertise and financial engineering for Jiahe Yumao
In July 2006, Yumao Estate signed a contract with Dayuan - a joint venture between Dalkia and its Chinese partner Broad - calling for the financing, construction and operation of the Jiahe Yumao building complex trigeneration plant for 20 years.
