Strong business momentum, increase in cash flow from operations and action plan targeting improved profitability

Dalkia has won the international RFP for the operation and maintenance of the biggest shopping center in Bulgaria.

In a tender issued by the French government, Dalkia has been selected to build three biomass-fired combined heat and power (CHP) plants, with a total generation capacity of 122 megawatts, or 40% of the combined 300 MW output of the different projects awarded under the tender. The new facilities will burn 830,000 tonnes of biomass per year.

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Paris-based Dalkia Group have entered a multi-project loan agreement to finance a series of district heating, district cooling, and cogeneration projects in the People's Republic of China (PRC) to improve energy efficiency and reduce air pollution.

The Mayor of London has announced that Dalkia, the leading energy services company, has won a contract to make a number of the Greater London Authority Group's buildings more energy efficient.

Following completion of its public offer launched last 17th December, Dalkia has become, with 97.9 % of the shares, the majority shareholder of Praterm, a Polish district heating company. The transaction has strengthened Dalkia's positions in Poland, where it already owns and operates two of the country's largest heating networks, in Poznan and Lodz.
